We only rent to friends and family which allows us to offer many amenities that a public condo cannot.
Wi-Fi, cable, Smart TVs, fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels, and washer & dryer. We have a beach closet available that holds extra beach chairs and beach toys or just head down to the beach hut for two complimentary chairs and an umbrella. Kitchen staples are there for you to use. Previous guests may leave a few items in the fridge for you to enjoy. We also provide tons of games and a pair of binoculars to view the sea life from the balcony.

Yes, our condo HOA requires a 3 night stay.
Check-in is at 4:00PM CST. You do not need to check-in/out at the office. Our management company will send you a door code when the unit is ready. In the event the unit is ready prior to 4PM CST, you will receive a separate early access code.
Check-Out time: Before 10:00AM
Please remove all trash upon departure. Trash chute is past the elevators.
Please remove sheets from beds & place in pile along with used bath towels.
Load and start dishwasher, if needed.
Set thermostat to 74 degrees.
Remove food that you brought or anything that has expired.
Parking pass & wristbands are provided in the condo and must be worn while on property, especially the pool deck. Wearing the bands is for your safety as our building Security will stop you if you are on property and not wearing one.
If you need additional bands, you can purchase them from the 4th floor office
NO SMOKING. No pets. No hanging anything from the balcony. No throwing anything off the balcony (cause for eviction). Emerald Isle is No Smoking/No Vaping on property.
Pull in and find any unreserved space on the entrance level or lower level.
Can’t find a space? Park and unload your car and grab a luggage cart located in the elevator area.
There is an additional parking deck across the street, next to Mike’s café.
Be sure to get your parking pass from the condo and make sure it’s clearly displayed, facing out so you don’t get ticketed/towed. Return the luggage cart to the area you got it from.
If you arrived in two cars, the HOA recommends you park one across the street in the parking deck.
If you are in an oversized truck, it is highly recommended to park across the street in the parking deck.
You are welcome to use any beach equipment, coolers, umbrella’s, toys, etc.
The key to the outdoor closet is in the desk drawer.
The outdoor closet is next to the front door.
Please return items to the closet after use & return the key to the drawer.
Please dispose of any items that may get damaged.

The Bite Me Bar is located on the kitchen counter. You’ll often find a selection of items available for guests to enjoy, and from time to time, fellow guests may leave a few extras to share with those who visit next. Please help yourself and feel free to replenish for the next guest to appreciate as well.
